• Competitor means a “self storage facility” located within 3 miles from the selected Fort Box facility.
• To qualify, a competitor price must be in writing (excluding e-mail) and/or verifiable via telephone or through the competitor’s website. Fort Box shall not be obligated to honour any price that cannot be independently verified. The written offer must contain the date of the rent offer and not exceed 30 days from requested move-in date with Fort Box.
• This offer applies only to prices both advertised and available to the general public. If the comparison price is offered on a website, the offer must be available on a U.K. based website.
