• Competitor means a “self storage facility” located within 3 miles from the selected Fort Box facility.
• To qualify, a competitor price must be in writing (excluding e-mail) and/or verifiable via telephone or through the competitor’s website. Fort Box shall not be obligated to honor any price that cannot be independently verified. The written offer must contain the date of the rent offer and not exceed 30 days from requested move-in date with Fort Box.
• This offer applies only to prices both advertised and available to the general public. If the comparison price is offered on a website, the offer must be available on a U.K. based website.
• This offer is only applicable to comparable (in terms of size, monthly rental charges, and immediate availability) at the time a self storage lease is executed. Comparability shall be determined in the sole discretion of Fort Box.
• This offer does not apply nor extend to future rental increases during a tenancy nor does this offer apply to administrative or other fees that Fort Box may charge.
• Existing tenants are only eligible for this promotion if expanding square footage by increasing unit size or renting an additional unit.
• This offer may not be combined with any other Fort Box offer, discount, or promotion. Verified requests will receive the lower rate upon execution of a self-storage lease.
• All requests are subject to verification by FortBox.co.uk. Fort Box cannot and will not accept screenshots or other purported evidence of a lower price that cannot be independently confirmed.
• Fort Box reserves the right not to attempt to verify any offer that, in its sole discretion, believes is the result of a printing or other error, or an offer that is made fraudulently or in bad faith.
