Our first priority is to safeguard the security of your belongings in storage and that is why our extensive range of security and safety measures are second to none.
Please note that in order to maintain our high standards of storage facility security we require all new storage customers to provide proof of identity and address. Your first payment for storage must be by credit/debit card or cheque.
Our safety and security measures include:
- Perimeter security fence. Our storage facilities incorporate security fences and controlled site access gates.
- 24 hr digital CCTV. All stores are protected by video surveillance inside and outside the building including access areas, lift lobby and storage corridors.
- Fire alarms and smoke detectors. Our buildings are equipped with the latest fire and smoke regulation detection systems on every floor.
- Wide, well lit corridors with intercom/telephone points in some of our facilities.
- Well staffed storage centres. The centres are always manned by at least 2 members of staff during our long opening hours, up to 7 days a week.
- Your own lock and key. Your storage room or unit is protected by your own padlock and only you retain the key
